An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and welcoming practice in the West Yorkshire area. You will be supported by an experienced team which consists of 14 Vets and 16 RVNs of which hold certificates in Small Animal Surgery, Medicine, cardiology, and feline practice.
The reputable practice is situated in a beautiful town in the West Yorkshire area with a 30-minute commute away from Leeds by train. They have been operating in their surrounding area since 1991 and have since opened another two branches in Glusburn and Skipton. As well as the great location, they also offer several state-of-the-art facilities such as a first-rate orthopaedic surgical facility, Dental X-Ray machine, laparoscopy, ECG, IV laser, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray and much more. The Practice is highly passionate about ensuring that their staff are given the work/life balance that they deserve.
The Package:
• 5 days CPD with a £1750 allowance - Access to additional funding for Certificates
• RCVS, BSAVA and VDS fees paid
• 7 weeks holiday, including bank holidays
• Opportunity to buy and sell holidays
• Career progression opportunities
• Additional funding for certificates
• Career progression opportunities
• Discounted veterinary fees
• Contributory pension scheme
The Role:
• Full-Time (Part-Time hours are considered)
• 40 hours per week
• 4 days a week
• 1:5 OOH with time off in lieu (OOH are negotiable for the right candidate)
• Flexible working also considered
