Is an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to promote high standards of learning across Key Stage 1
Has at least 2 full yearsandrsquo; experience of teaching (excluding teaching practices) and have passed the ECT 2 year induction period.
Is committed to achieving and maintaining high expectations of behaviour and raising childrenandrsquo;s achievement
Can challenge children of all abilities within a stimulating, vibrant learning environment
Has a clear understanding of assessment for learning principles impacting on the progress of all groups of children
Is prepared to be involved in the wider life of the school
Is prepared to take on the subject leader role of History and Geography
Is committed to their own professional developmentandnbsp;
