The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work at our Castle Batch Primary School Academy.We are seeking a dedicated professional to support a Key Stage 2 student on a 1 to 1 basis to enable them to access the full social and academic curriculum. The successful candidate will have;A good standard of education/three or more GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade A*-C or the equivalent. Excellent and effective Communication skills. An ability to adapt and respond to the needs of young people. Desired experience of; Working with young people with significant Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Working with young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Working with young people with Social Communication needs.
