Crynodeb
Autonomously provide senior HR/OD expertise and support to Senior Leaders in the implementation of the IUCS programme; leading in the development of appropriate workforce documentation and communication strategies. Provide project management of anticipated activities associated with the IUCS programme, ensuring deliverables are identified and that timelines are set out, with governance arrangements in place to monitor progress. Being confident to assertively challenge where milestones are not delivered or at risk of non-delivery. Work with Senior Operational managers to ensure that all workforce elements of the IUCS programme are communicated in a timely, clear and effective way. Ensure that the impacts on the existing and new workforce are considered in the implementation of the IUCS and that there are effective communications in place for relevant stakeholders and leads. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the HR/OD function to ensure the provision of effective and accurate workforce information to inform plans and proposals.
