ABOUT:
CloserStill Media is excited to offer the opportunity to kick-start a career in the events industry with our inaugural Sales Academy. With our proven track record of running entry-level programs and nurturing new talent, you'll be in safe hands alongside the event industry's top commercial minds as you begin your exciting sales career.
Successful candidates entering our Sales Academy will embark on a 6-month journey to develop and hone practical sales skills, participate in extensive training, and grow professionally. You’ll benefit from a bespoke sales training plan delivered by a renowned commercial management consultancy and gain a deep understanding of the psychology of sales. You'll be placed within our telemarketing department, where you can immediately put your training into practice by working on our exciting portfolio of award-winning events.
At the end of the Academy, provided you pass all the relevant assessments, you will have the opportunity to step into one of our commercial teams as a sales associate, selling stands and sponsorships. From there, the sky is the limit. You will not find this kind of opportunity anywhere else in the events industry.

THE ROLE:
Participate in the bespoke training course and mentoring sessions.
Attract audience members to attend our portfolio of events using phones, LinkedIn, and personal emails.
Research and identify attendees using various platforms.
Schedule calls and meetings with prospective delegates.
Provide top-level customer service throughout the delegate journey at events.
Utilize our CRM and maintain the quality of our visitor data.
Undergo regular assessments to gauge progress through the training.
