Join us at Bromford during this exciting phase of growth and transformation, offering a unique opportunity for professional development and experience within our dynamic Finance team. As we evolve, you'll have the chance to contribute to and shape our success.

We're seeking individuals who are analytical, skilled in storytelling, and can demonstrate a blend of qualifications and experience, whether fully qualified, part-qualified, or with relevant professional exams. Experience with D365 is desirable, along with a background in accountancy or analytics.

As a key member of our Finance team, you will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner/Finance Business Partner. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining the finance business partner service to key business stakeholders across our Central Services and Technology teams.

Collaborating with the partnering team, you will provide crucial analysis and insights that drive opportunities, manage risk, and support the delivery of Bromford's strategic plan.

To thrive in this role, you should bring a sound understanding of either accounting concepts and practical application or data analytics and business modelling. If you have previous business partnering experience that would be great too, though attitude and your ability to build trust and influence outcomes is more important as well as a strong knowledge and practice of business process management, finance operations reporting procedures, and best practice internal control processes will be highly valued.

If you are ready to join a team that values growth, transformation, and collaboration, apply now to be part of Bromford's exciting journey.

Please take a moment to review the role requirements and specifications attached at the bottom of this advert before submitting your application.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our 'roaming' position. Based in Tewkesbury with travel to Wolverhampton, Lichfield, or Chipping Sodbury, you'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces and home, offering the perfect balance. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your vehicle are a must for this dynamic role.
