This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised individual with excellent customer service, communication and prioritisation skills to join the Oxford Brookes University Timetabling and Room Bookings Team. This role is a one-year fixed term position providing administrative support for the timetabling of Academic Advising sessions. The team is based on our Headington Campus, and work two days a week in the office and the remainder at home.

You will need to be competent at learning and using IT and data systems. You will be predominantly using CMIS timetabling software and the Service Now IT ticket system to organise the Academic Advising timetables, as well as providing support to the Timetabling and Room bookings staff where appropriate, for which we will provide training.
