As a Graduate Oxbridge Teaching Assistant, you will assist classroom leaders in delivering an exceptional standard of education as well as developing a highly academic learning environment. You may be deployed in a small group or 1:1 basis, working with students who have shown the aptitude but perhaps lack the aspiration to achieve outstanding grades. Equally, you may be deployed to support students in the highest percentile of predicted grades, ensuring they achieve their academic potential and supporting them in their applications to Russell Group or Oxbridge universities.You will gain exposure to the ‘behind the scenes’ elements of teaching such as planning, marking and engagement strategy, as well as receiving extensive guidance and training from a roster of seasoned teachers.
