Crynodeb
We are looking for a lovely smiley person to join our Front of House team here at Robineau Patisserie. This is a permanent position, with a minimum of 14 – 16 hours per week with shifts over three to four days; Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Ideally you will have previous shop and/or customer service experience. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy giving great customer service.
Robineau is a well-established, high quality and much-loved family business with a very loyal customer base. Our customers are at the heart of our business and each team member plays a vital role in maintaining the reputation of the company; built over the last 20 years.
Duties will include:
· Serving in our shop; up selling products, maintaining presentation standards, replenishing shop displays and fresh counters
· Small delivery route to local addresses on Thursdays and Saturdays; please note we have a small van! – Citroen Berlingo
· Packaging of handmade products made in house e.g. Chocolates, Cakes, Biscuits.
Requirements:
· Applicants must have previous customer service experience.
· A well-mannered, well presented, flexible and reliable character with a passion for team work and pleasing our customers.
· Full clean driving Licence

Hours of work will generally be between 9am and 6pm, depending on the season. Extra days and hours will be required at busy times of the year and depending on the needs of the business.
