Job Title: Labourer for EWI Projects on High-Rise Flats

Monday- Friday 40 hours paid per week- 2 weeks work available

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team for EWI projects on high-rise flats. The successful candidate will assist with general labouring tasks and carry out minimal pipework. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems on high-rise flats.
• Carry out general labouring duties including site preparation, cleaning, and material handling.
• Perform minimal pipework tasks as required.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their work and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a labouring role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Basic understanding of EWI systems is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work at heights.
• Basic pipework skills are a plus.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Must adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Can work with Solvent
