About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team in Northampton. You will be working with students who have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure each child receives the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEN best practices and legislation.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
