We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team of Sports Academy Coaches.
The College prides itself in offering students the opportunity to follow one of the sports academy pathways, alongside their academic programme.
We are looking for a coach who can plan and deliver training sessions for the boys 2nd Football Team, as well as managing the team on match days.
Players receive weekly training on Tuesday mornings, playing in the AoC Yorkshire & Humberside leagues and North Yorkshire School’s competitions on Wednesday afternoons.
You will be expected to work such hours as may be needed to discharge the duties effectively, which includes attendance during term-time for:
• Fixtures or training sessions on a Wednesday afternoon.
• An additional 1.5 hour practice session on Tuesday morning 10.45-12.15
• Carrying out preparation, administration & meet with the Sports Coordinator where necessary.
This contract will be on a permanent basis for an average of 5 hours per week, starting September 2024, following safeguarding and recruitment checks.

• All appointments are subject to verification of qualifications, medical clearance, satisfactory enhanced DBS check and satisfactory written references.
