Our client is looking for an HR Assistant based intheir Cheltenham office to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting and highly visible role where you will play a key role in the evolution of the employee experience across the firm.

Day to day responsibilities for a HR assistant
• Supporting with recruitment and onboarding processes including posting job adverts, organising interview times, helping with inductions.
• Support across all areas of HR from helping with L&D initiatives, to supporting on ER issues and implementation of new HR policies
• Organise events such as team building, meetings and Town Hall's
• Ability to travel to other offices
Required skills and qualifications.
• Previous HR experience or HR related qualification
• Knowledge of HR systems as well as good general MS Office skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Driving licence
