We are delighted to be partnered with a leading client in the recycling and environmental sustainability industry who are looking to recruit an Exports Administrator to join their team in Stratford-upon-Avon!

Key Details

  • £25,000
  • Full-Time, 12-month FTC
  • 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working (2 office days per week)

The Role

Working as the Exports Administrator, you will be supporting the administration and exports team with daily activities including:

  • Produce accurate export documentation and invoices to enable timely payment from customers
  • Provide general administration and secretarial support services to Export team
  • Liaison with shipping agents, export depots, banks, sales offices and foreign customers as required
  • Managing and updating excel spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Liaise with Sims sites for the timely planning of export loads
  • Plan and action container bookings with ocean carriers and freight forwarders
  • Process invoices

Key Skills

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills - particularly excel

Experience in the shipping/logistics industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
