Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant / Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will ensure our guests receive outstanding service and have an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
-Providing excellent customer service in our restaurant and bar areas
-Taking orders and serving food and beverages
-Ensuring the dining area is clean and well-presented
-Assisting with the preparation of the dining area for service
-Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
-Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
-Experience: Must have 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry.
-Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a team player.
-Attributes: Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
-Competitive Hourly Rate: Up to £11.75 per hour, based on experience.
-Tips: Tips paid monthly, approximately £3,000+ per annum.
-Meals: Meals provided while on duty.
-Holidays: 28 days holiday per year.
