We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Sales Progressor to join our Sales and Lettings office in Cambridge. As the post
holder, you will contribute to the smooth running of the residential sales department by supporting with the processing of all
ongoing sales and managing almost the entirety of the ‘pipeline’. You will also help to ensure the smooth running of the office
and will be required to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Main tasks:

* The general management of the sale pipeline
* Liasing between purchasers and vendors throughout the legal process
* Negotiating completion dates
* Issuing the sales memorandum once a sale has been agreed
* Occasional meetings with clients, in or out of the office
* Answering the phone and directing calls as required
* Dealing directly with clients / applicants looking to sell properties and answer any enquiries
* Typing and organising reports where appropriate
* Collating statistics
* Carrying out the occasional viewing as and when required
* Overseeing the sales keys
* Filing of any associated paperwork
* Any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.



What will it take to be successful?

We are seeking someone with excellent administration/coordination skills. You’ll have strong customer service, excellent written
and verbal communication skills and good time management. Additionally, you’ll be a strong team player, with the ability to work
well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint &
Outlook and comfortable working with databases and any relevant software.
