Summary
Supervisor - Coloroll/ Edinburgh Woolen Mill
35 hours a week working 5 days out of 7
We are looking to recruit a Supervisor who is committed, enthusiastic, enjoys a varied workload and who will take great pride in working with Coloroll/ Edinburgh Woolen Mill . You will demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as use your own initiative.
We are looking for motivated individuals who will be dedicated to shaping the customer experience within our stores and you must be comfortable working on your own. You must have a passion for retails and be a good communicator with a positive attitude.
What you’ll be responsible for: Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience!
• Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Assisting customers to find the goods and products that they are looking for
• Replenishment and merchandising
• Maintaining housekeeping standards on the department, lone working
• Undertaking administrative duties relating to the job role
• Previous Supervisor experience would be an advantage
