Permanent role Salary £31,500 plus Bonus.
Your new role
This role will be supporting the National Training Manager in being responsible for the induction, training, and development of sales employees. You will be working closely with Sales Managers in order to design and deliver one-to-one coaching that will have a positive influence on the performance of the sales staff.
Overview of duties:
- Design and deliver sales training.
- Effectively document coaching outcomes and schedule follow-up training when required.
- Support National Training Manager by making recommendations to improve training programs.
- Stakeholder engagement experience
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous coaching/training within a sale or contact centre environment.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Passion for coaching
- Positive attitude and engaging
- Able to work collaboratively.
