main responsibilities include To coordinate and deliver therapeutic interventions in the ward in collaboration with service users and multi disciplinary team To be an integrated team member within the ward team, and Ladywell OT team to address occupational and recovery goals for patients, and to facilitate effective Providing leadership and supervision to a band 3 Activity coordinator and band 5 OT and designated staff and volunteers. maintaining a clear occupational focus to ones work for the benefit of the service user and with the support from peers and clinical leads. Being active in discharge planning, interventions and recommendations and working closely with discharge coordinators, families and care coordinators to ensure transition into community is done in the most effective and person centred way.
