We are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant to join our friendly Admin team. This role requires an individual who will provide full and efficient reprographic support to all teaching and support staff and manages and oversees the Reprographics room daily.
Hours: 27.5 hours per week (e.g., 8am – 2pm Monday-Friday, with ½ hour unpaid lunch), 40 weeks per year (term
time plus 10 days – 5 Inset days, and 5 days in holidays) - negotiable for the right candidate
Attributes and Experience.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• The ability to work as part of a team and to assist others where required.
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working in a school or with young people would be desirable but not essential.
• Professional manner
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
