t Whittlebury Park we are looking for looking for an experienced server that wants to take that next step, up into the world of fine dining and service.
Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, luxurious spa, conference and training centre. We have award winning facilities including our 3 AA Rosette winning fine dining restaurant Murrays.
Salary:
£24,440.00 per annum plus service charge
What will you do?
As a member of our Murray’s team, you will:
Assist the Restaurant Manager and team to deliver a flawless level of personal and professional service, deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the optimum guest experience
Ensure guest questions about all food and beverage on offer are answered with sufficient confidence and knowledge.
Maintain good knowledge of Whittlebury Park & what it can offer enhancing the guest experience and upselling of hotel facilities
Work to and maintain the high standards set by the restaurant manager.
Through knowledge of our product, make suggestions based on the guests’ preferences and choices, to create unforgettable dining experiences every time.
As part of the fine dining team, you will be taking our guests on the culinary journey that can only be Murrays.
You will be given full training and support by our experienced manager and team to develop the skills and attributes, you know you already have, to the level of our award winning 3 AA rosette restaurant.
We will fill your desire to understand everything about delivering service excellence, from where our produce comes from, how our head chef selects and prepares our dishes, where our wines are from and why they are selected for our menu.
The hours of work may vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.
