• Assist in evaluating applications to make initial decisions in a timely way, including advising applicants on alternative courses or ways forward where they do not meet the entry requirements.
• Maintain detailed data on assistance provided throughout the application cycle.
• Assist in the managing of the application process including receiving application forms through MyTap, ensuring these are progressed in a timely manner by course teams, and monitoring the stages in the admissions process to facilitate good progress against targets and to ensure a high standard of service for applicants and colleagues.

• Where appropriate, ensure that all student information is recorded on SITS (the Student Records System) as the Division's primary source of student records, including logging application outcomes.
• Proactively contact applicants to ensure the movement of applications through SITS, especially applicants holding offers to join a course.
• Disseminate materials to applicants who have accepted unconditional offers, maintaining a relationship with the Trust prior to enrolment.
• Undertake evening and weekend working as required for events, courses, or conferences in support of student recruitment.
• Work flexibly and in collaboration with the other teams in Professional Services and in the wider Trust.
