Customer Support Advisor

Business Unit: Restore Records Management

Location: Redhill, RH1 5DY

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - Full Time (6 Months)

Hours: 37.5, Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5pm

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000




Do you have experience in a customer facing support role? Restore are currently recruiting for Customer Support Advisors for our business unit Records Management.



Responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd line support on billing enquiries for all customers.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer enquiries promptly ensuring customer expectations and SLA’s are met
Prioritise and categorise incoming tickets
Escalate when necessary to relevant departments whilst retaining ownership of ticket resolution
Support invoicing team during month end billing cycle


ABOUT YOU

Customer facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High computer literacy
Positive can do attitude
Excellent organizational and time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset
