We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager for our client's main dealership in Sheffield.
For this role we need a confident, driven and proven individual, someone who is passionate about the role and bringing the Aftersales team together. Service Manager role:
You will be managing a Service department with a team of expierenced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
You will be tasked with the day to day running of the Service and parts department:
- Smooth and efficient running of the service department
- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
- Drive customer service
- Monitoring KPIs
- Driving the team, support and training
Service Manager requirements:
- Must have at least 1 years' experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the fleet/HGV sector.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong man management & interpersonal
