Inclusion Outreach Worker for the North West Area Inclusion PartnershipLocation: The position will be based at TRUST Primary Support Centre Located at the West Leeds Activity Centre Lenhurst Avenue LS12 2RE. Hours: 35 hours per week (term-time only plus 5 days)
Come and join our vibrant, passionate and energetic Outreach team for primary-aged children who display social and emotional barriers to their learning.

We would like to recruit an energetic, creative and personable Inclusion Outreach Worker who is driven and strives to make a difference in the lives of the children and young people we support. You will join a small team of Outreach workers who are currently based at TRUST Primary Learning Support Centre (on the site of the West Leeds Activity Centre). Our Outreach team serves the North West area of Leeds (47 primary schools) and work will take place in any of these schools.
