Summary
Lecturer in Beauty Therapy
Where you will work: This role is based at the Colleges Tonbridge campus.
Your hours: 22.2 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Your pay: £19,076.40 - £24,172.20 per annum pro rata ( 31,794 40,287 per annum full time equivalent), depending on teaching, other qualifications and experience.
THE ROLE:
Working within North Kent Colleges Beauty curriculum area, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitability qualified, experienced, and passionate individual to join the team as a Lecturer in Beauty.
You ll be required to prepare, teach, and assess at a variety of qualification levels, providing support and guidance to your learners as they progress through their studies.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
You ll have specialist knowledge of the curriculum area, which may be enhanced by any relevant industry / professional experience, as well as a formal qualification that underpins this knowledge.
We need you to be a team player and an excellent communicator, able to maintain a proactive approach and an eye for detail whilst working to challenging deadlines.
Teaching experience, particularly within Further Education, would be advantageous but isnt essential. Likewise, although a full teaching qualification (at Level 5 or above) isnt required at this stage, you would need to secure this within 3 years of appointment.
