Time Recruitment are delighted to be representing a well respected Accountancy Practice who are looking to bring a Tax Manager onboard who will be able to both manage existing Tax Seniors and Semi-Seniors as well as providing an advisory service to the practice's clients.
My client are an expanding firm with offices in the Midlands, Northwest and Yorkshire. They've been voted as one of the best practices in the UK to work with by their own staff.
The role:
* Providing tax advice to owner managed businesses, including corporation tax planning, R&D claims, property acquisitions, group reorganisations, capital allowances and some international tax matters.
* Tax advice to business owners, including income tax planning, estate planning and acquisition and disposal or business and property.
* Dealing with HMRC investigations and enquiries
* Helping to provide technical resource to the firms wider network
* Supervision and review of compliances for the firms larger and more complex corporate clients.
* Manage and develop the people in your team.
About you:
* ACA, CTA or ACCA (or equivalent) qualification with 5 years PQE
* Ability to demonstrate solid experience of advising OMB's on a range of tax issues
* Team leadership skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent tax technical knowledge
