Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Recruitment Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Recruitment Coordinators to join our People & Organisational Development Team. Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments you will support a culture that delivers service excellence and promotes the Karbon values and brand.

About the role

You will organise and support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the recruitment service, ensuring it is delivered to the highest possible standard. You will work pro-actively with managers and candidates across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including the publication of adverts, collating applications, coordinating, and scheduling interviews, selection activities and post selection documentation.

You will prepare offer letters and complete candidates pre-employment compliance checks. You will be responsible for keeping the HR system and employee files up to date and producing data analysis and reports as required.

You will support the management of external providers including recruitment agencies.

About you

You will have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to build strong relationships and work well as part of a team. You will be good at problem solving and have the ability to be flexible and adapt. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, previous experience of using HR systems would be advantageous.

  • Recruitment Coordinator– permanent roles
  • Salary is £29,925 per annum (FTE)
  • Location: Gosforth or Stanley
  • Role 1: 37 hours per week
  • Role 2: 24 hours per week
  • Both roles have some homeworking / flexible working available
