These positions in RDASH North Lincs Care Group offer a fantastic opportunity for early career Psychologists whose core values are to place patients at the centre of care and ensure approaches to staff wellbeing and development are compassionate and high quality. This post would particularly focus on developing psychological interventions to people within developing older adult pathways in the community and part of the acute pathway, with supervision and professional support from a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.

The role requires a person who is innovative and personally motivated to work with a multi-professional team who support a high standard of clinical care provision. There will be some time into the acute pathway Care Home Liaison team.

Successful applicants will work as part of a full multi-disciplinary and fully integrated Mental Health Service. In terms of the wider framework, there is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in post in the Care Group based on the older adult inpatient ward, who will provide supervision and support for this role. We will support you to access regular clinical supervision and appropriate professional development.

There are opportunities to shape ongoing service development and become part of a growing older adult team across the Care Group. There has been significant investment in older adult psychology in recent times and this is an exciting time to join the team and the Trust.

The post holder will carry out the main duties of a Clinical Psychologist, including neuropsychological assessments to support diagnostics in the MATS team, working alongside nurses, OT's and Consultant Psychiatrists. The post will also include working with families and carers of those diagnosed with dementia and also supporting other professionals in this way.

Another key role will be to support the development of robust therapeutic pathways in terms of the recovery, including the therapy offer from psychology, the supervision of other professionals, including Assistant Psychologists and CPNs, but also teaching and training to support the teams.
