What exactly will you be doing?


As a Project Manager, you will report into the Project Management Office and play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of crucial projects that are central to AAT's strategy. You will assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, delivery, and closure of assigned projects. Working collaboratively with other Project Managers, you will seek to foster cross-organisational cooperation to deliver project benefits and achieve objectives.


Major objectives



Lead the delivery of key strategic projects that are at the heart of AAT's organisational strategy.
Assume end-to-end responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, delivery, and closure of assigned projects.
Collaborate across the organisation with other Project Managers to deliver project benefits and objectives.
Interpret strategic objectives into achievable projects and manage their impact across AAT.
Ensure project outputs contribute to the achievement of AAT's corporate plan, efficiency, and effectiveness through effective reporting and coordination with the program management office.


What are we looking for?



Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and standards, such as Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP and change management frameworks and techniques.
Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, with technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to build key relationships across the organisation are highly sought after.
Proven track record of managing large-scale and complex business change projects involving IT solutions and cultural change.
Prior experience in using Project planning software like Microsoft Project, Project Online, Monday.com.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities, demonstrating a detailed comprehension of Dynamics 365.
Proven experience in guiding teams to adopt best practices and leverage new functionalities is essential for this role.
