Job Role
We are looking for an experienced bench joiner with some knowledge of wood machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and assembling wooden components to create a variety of products, such as sash windows, doors and staircases etc. The position requires a strong attention to detail and a knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
Understand working drawings
Mark out timber sections prior to mortice and tennon etc.
Cut hardwood, softwood and MDF to size
Assemble window frames, doors and other joinery products after machining
