We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Photographer to become a key member of our team and to work on our growing Vows & Vision project which focuses on the wedding sector. This role demands a combination of technical photography skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to ensure that each couple's vision is brought to life through stunning imagery. Your passion for photography will shine through in your ability to capture moments that evoke emotions and convey powerful messages.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Photograph all aspects of wedding events, including ceremonies, receptions, and couple portraits, ensuring high-quality imagery
- Expertise in cinematic wedding videography to deliver engaging, dramatic and emotional wedding films utilising shots and audio captured through the day
- Collaborate with clients through personalised pre-wedding consultations to understand and execute their desired photographic outcomes
- Arranging objects, scenes, lighting and backgrounds to adhere to client specifications and directing participants to skillfully capture moments on film
- Capturing and processing images until you achieve desired results
- Editing and post-processing of photos to a high standard to improve image quality and delivering them within agreed timelines
- Maintain positive interactions with clients and guests to ensure a pleasant photographic experience
- Use, manage and prepare photography and technical equipment for each event such as tripods, gimbals, lighting equipment, cameras and lenses across different brands
- Keep up-to-date with the latest photography techniques and trends to maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in the wedding photography sector with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this sector with a strong portfolio to demonstrate skills
- Proficient in using photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Expertise in using both photography and modern technical equipment such as tripods, gimbals, lighting equipment, cameras and lenses across different brands
- Solid understanding of shot composition, lighting techniques, and photographic best practices and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to make clients feel at ease in front of the camera
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and to enable us to better serve our diverse clientele from the Asia market
- Flexible with work hours, willing to work weekends and evenings as required by wedding schedules

Salary: Competitive salary will apply (£39,000.00 to £39,500.00 per annum)
