We are looking for two Holiday Cottage Cleaners to prepare our stunning holiday cottages on the Dudmaston Estate.
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Duration: Permanent
Hours: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 234 hours per year, and on average, you'll work 4.5 hours per week but again, this will be flexible depending on operational demand.
The main changeover days are Monday and Friday however, short breaks mean that changeover days can also fall on other days of the week. Rotas are issued in advance, and we try to accommodate other commitments where possible.
Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Assistant'
The holiday cottages that you'll be looking after are Dudmaston Bunkhouse and 1 Sternsmill Cottage, which are situation in the stunning locations across the Dudmaston Estate.
Dudmaston Bunkhouse will be cleaned by a team of two Holiday Operation Assistants as it sleeps 16. 1 Sternsmill Cottage is a smaller property that sleeps 4 and is nestled near to the river Severn and is cleaned by one person.
On change-over days, you’ll make sure that everything’s clean and prepared for our guests to arrive. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well presented and welcoming for our guests. We’d also like you to keep an eye out and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing along with replacing any broken items from the store supplies.
Full Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) is provided for all teams and additional extensive measures in place to protect staff.
