• Must have a Driving Licence (and access to a car with Business insurance )
• Be a People Person, with IT confidence and ability to self-motivate, and self-organise to meet required deadlines.
• Must be prepared to be an expert in Property Standards and Landlord requirements in terms of property condition, fire safety, repair requirements, and learn be passionate about the Housing Health and Safety rating system and Decent Homes Standards.
The Role -
Working from our office in Ferryhill -
• Liaise with Tenants to agree a Virtual inspection or physical visit.
• Confirm appointment before travelling or Utilise the software to undertake a Virtual / Remote inspection.
• Visit tenanted properties to undertake and record property inspections.
• Arrange your own diary to be as efficient as possible in terms of Travel time and cost!
• Record Photo's, Video's and written notes on condition in our Inventory base software whilst on site.
• Record any maintenance requirements and any concerns with tenant house keeping to be referred to the AMRP team to take forward.
Time Requirements –
• Travel between Newcastle and Darlington - You control your own Diary!
• Undertake between 20-25 inspections per month
• AMRP will attempt to be efficient and request postcodes areas in blocks to allow efficiency in time / travel.

The Pay -
An Agreed rate for each Virtual and Physical inspection will be agreed.
Bonus / incentive Payment for every inspection completed.
