Area – Beaumont Hill, Darlington
Description: A young boy in the Beaumont Hill area is looking for a Personal Assistant to support him to increase his independence and access the community.
Hours: 3 hours a week
Wage: £11.44 per hour to commence, but this will be looked at following a 3-month probationary period.
Duties will include: Support to access the community and maintain road safety. To join in activities, such as swimming, going to the park, accessing local events and activities. If weather is poor would enjoy staying in and doing jigsaws, playing with Lego and board games.
Applicants must be: Trustworthy and reliable. Training will be given on commencement of employment to the successful applicant.
Driver with own vehicle preferred but this is not essential as young boy can access public transport.
All successful applicants will undergo references and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring check
