A renowned National Loss Adjusting Organisation are now seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster Technician to join a growing team. The role will be working from the office, full time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will provide support to the Adjusters and working actively on claims >£25,000.
• You will liaise with a variety of individuals both internally and externally, while managing incoming emails, telephone calls, suppliers and clients
• You will resolve customer queries, questions, or complaints, working with all parties involved for the best customer outcomes.
• Appoint suppliers and manage progress, independently of Adjuster engagement.
About you
• Minimum of 2 years experience in property claims management.
• Ideally experienced in reviewing scopes or work, identifying errors and missed items.
• Proven experience working as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary up to £28,000 per annum
