Our client, a prominent estate agency who excels in attention to detail and fantastic results for their clients, operates four branches across the Northeast. They are a well known and well established company with an excellent reputation.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will spearhead property sales in the Alnwick area but also into the more rural, Northumberland locations. This is a growing companyseeking a superstar to help contribute to that trajectory.
Duties:
- Conduct property sales viewings.
- Book viewings and valuations.
- Collaborate effectively and efficiently with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Organise and plan sales activities
- Negotiate offers and spot sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Ideally have previous experience working in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Have a positive, go-getting attitude.
- Be innovative and excel at problem solving
- Be extremely customer focused and deliver on promises to customers.
- Have a drive to succeed and be part of a continually growing team.
- Must be cheerful, focused and excited about property.
- Valid driving license.
