As a Showroom Manager, you will coach and inspire a team of Sales Executives to achieve and surpass company targets and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Managing costs to align with dealership and department goals.
- Propelling business growth by increasing sales and profitability.
- Continuously enhancing customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working as a Manager or Sales Controller.
- Strong selling and marketing skills, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with best practices in employment and the motor trade industry.
- Effective leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
