Join us in our mission to revolutionise the management of our corporate and investment property portfolio.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the newly created role of Corporate Asset Management and Estates Manager.

The post holder will support the Head of Corporate Property and Estates in delivering the strategic asset management and estate functions, ensuring the Council is making best use of its assets in line with the approved asset management strategy.

Managing a team of surveyors and technicians to generate in excess of £4.5million of rental income, delivering capital receipts and challenging our ownership and occupation of our assets.
