The Growth Company (GC) have a fantastic vacancy available for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Recruitment Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced admin to support our Internal Recruitment Specialists on a range of recruitment-related activities.

We are looking for a proactive organiser who is excellent at prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment while always ensuring quality and consistency.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule interviews in for the Internal recruitment team.
Update candidate records on the Hireserve applicant tracking system.
Responsible for efficient diary management to effectively prioritise daily admin tasks.
Responding to calls on our careers line and emails in the recruitment inbox.
Advertise vacancies on job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Pre-screening candidates on behalf of the Internal Recruitment Specialists.
Providing advice to Hiring Managers and colleagues on recruitment procedures and processes.
Complete MI as requested by the Internal Recruitment Team Lead.
Attend career fairs and other events to promote and enhance the GC brand.
Carrying out pre-employment checks as requested.

Skills Required:

Administrative experience for 12 months is essential.
Evidence of strong customer service skills.
Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Experience conducting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures is beneficial.
