Your new Company
Your new company is a well established and rapidly growing London Market MGA with comfortable and spacious offices based in the heart of the City of London. Being a close-knit and high-performing organisation, your new company now need a knowledgeable, diligent and well-experienced Casualty Claims Adjuster to join their Claims team on a 6-month FTC.
Your new role
In your new role you will be expected to adjust high value and sometimes complex Casualty and Medical Malpractice Claims from cradle to grave. You will often be acting as the liaison with the syndicates in relation to the delivery of quarterly Claims reports and regularly updating and maintaining Claim Bordereau Processing.
You will also be expected to produce monthly CRS Reports, collate, and submit Lloyd's CAT returns as and when required and manage the collation of various syndicate quarterly claim reports. You will need to be capable of liaising with loss adjusters and TPA's to ensure optimal claims efficiency.
What you will need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will need circa 3-5 years of experience working in a Casualty Claims Adjusting or Claims Operations role, you must have a great understanding of the Lloyd's market claims processes and you will need to possess the ability to use the Lloyd's CRS system.
Outside of this you will need excellent interpersonal communication skills in both written and verbal format, you must posses the ability to work with individuals across all levels and you must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team with a strong motivation to meet objectives.
