BRAMLEY HEALTH ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND MOTIVATED COLLECTIONS AGENT TO JOIN OUR FINANCE TEAM ON A TEMPORARY BASIS.

The role of the Collections Agent is vital to ensuring we are providing the best care to our service users.

ABOUT US

Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

We have a total of 8 homes that are operational located around the Southeast of England, with more being renovated to open in due course.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful Collections Agent will be required to assist in the recovery of charges owed to Bramley Health from a variety of customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Chasing payments via telephone and email whilst maintaining GDPR
o Managing a diary of accounts and invoices to be chased, and recording accurate notes of any activity
o Being responsible for escalations from Credit Controllers, ensuring processes are followed through
o Working with the Credit Controller to reduce overall debt


KEY SKILLS

o Experience of collections and confidentiality
o Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
o Good understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically excel
o Good organisational skills
