Job Title: Internal Sales Support
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 4:45pm with 3:30pm finish on a Friday
Our client is a leading supplier and manufacturer committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
The Internal Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Handle and resolve administrative queries from the sales team and clients.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and documentation.
Track sales activities and progress, providing updates to the sales team and management.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely processing of sales orders and payments.
Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about product updates and changes.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide support in lead generation and qualification activities.
Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively support the sales team.
Experience:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
