Skills desired/required: Evidence of training in Diabetes Management Completion of the CaReMe course or working towards completion Nurse prescriber qualification or plans to work towards achieving. Experience of insulin initiation and management. Home visits when required. We are/have: Teaching practice with a GP registrar Support from clinical Pharmacists, First-Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescribers, and Nurse Associates. GPwSI in Cardiology, Dermatology and Womens health. Nurses specialised in Diabetes, Asthma/ COPD, care planning and nursing home care. Dispensing Practice SystmOne Clinical System High achieving Practice in all areas of QOF/QIPP, Enhanced Services (including implants, coils, joint injections etc), IIF/Basket of Services, Dispensing Quality Services.
