We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Skegness TEC in the role of Programme Leader Construction and Multi Trades. With our new state of the art Campus due to be opening in September 2025 this is an exciting time to be joining the team. If you think this role might be for you, we would love to hear from you.
About the role
We are looking to recruit an individual who has experience within the construction industry and is enthusiastic and passionate about sharing these vital skills with our learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a coherent learning programme through effective teamwork and take responsibility for ensuring our learners have an excellent teaching and learning experience.
This role will lead our level 1 construction programme at Skegness TEC and the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of learning and will work as part of a team of people at our Skegness campus providing education and training opportunities to the communities we serve.
About the person
The Successful candidate will possess:
Proven construction industry background with occupational competency and qualifications
Relevant Level 3 or above qualifications
Ability to priority workloads
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills
Ability to motivate yourself and learners.
It is desirable for the successful applicant to possess a teaching qualification, previous teaching or training experience or an assessor qualification, but this is not essential and we would encourage applications from anyone who has considered a transitioning into a teaching role or has a passion for educating others.
