What’s the Role: Female Support Worker

What It Takes:

An important part of the staff role is to provide support to our individuals who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.

So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.

Our dedicated staff team support individuals to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.


Where You Would Work: Greater Manchester

We are looking for Female Relief Support Workers in the Greater Manchester Area who are able to work both day and night shifts. Driver with own car for business use desirable but not essential.

Female Support Worker Relief Contracts available £10.42 per hour
