About the Role

As an HR Advisor, you will gain exposure to a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) cases. You’ll also deliver training for managers on HR-related policies (with full training provided) and work on ad hoc projects such as TUPE and Redundancy.

You will bring a proactive and professional approach, quickly building credibility and developing collaborative relationships at all levels within the organisation.

Reporting to the Lead People Advisor, you will support the delivery of HR services nationwide. Attendance at meetings and other services on an ad-hoc basis will require a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory Support: Provide support and advice on processes including capability, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy, and dismissal.
Employee Relations Casework: Handle a diverse range of ER cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. This includes absence management and performance issues.
Policy Implementation: Assist with implementing and developing People policies, practices, and procedures in line with current legislation and company objectives.
About You

You ideally hold a CIPD qualification or have a relevant HR degree/work experience. Additionally, you have strong knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practices.
