Crynodeb
Main duties of the post include Assisting Speech and Language Therapists to improve patients communication and/or swallowing skills of adults in a hospital and community setting, through direct intervention, liaison and joint working with other staff and carers and across agencies. To make and maintain therapy resources in order to facilitate intervention programmes, under Speech and Language Therapists direction. To contribute to patient/client assessment through observation. The successful candidate must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post as it will involve travel to other sites within the Trust.
