Formula1 Event Rigger - working with the F1 Events Team - Once in a lifetime opportunity - Apply today!
Ignition Driver Recruitment are proud to be partnering with the logistics and distribution team in charge of making sure this years F1 season runs smoothly, transporting an array of equipment around Europe, setting up events and providing support trackside.
We are currently actively looking for 13 Event Riggers who are a key part of the Event Crew. To be considered for this role, you must have previous rigging experience.
Working as an F1 Event Rigger:
We dont need to tell you that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, but what we will tell you is that the role will include:
- Travel to different events across Europe
- Assisting with the construction of Motorhome, Race Base and Team Garage Builds
- Learning & understanding track side tasks
- Working as part of a larger team and also on your own
We are looking for individuals who have previous event rigging experience, as well as those who can learn quickly and like to be hands on when it comes to getting the job done.
Event dates & travel requirements
There will be a lot of travel required between the different events, and the time line runs through June, July and August. The locations and dates are listed below.
You must be available for ALL locations - please consider these before you apply.
Barcelona - 14th June
Redbull Ring - 25th June
Silverstone - 2nd July
Hungary - 19th July
Spa - 23rd July
Zandvoort - 23rd August
Monza - 27th August
Your own driving licence would be preferable as you will need to travel to the destination airport that you will be flying from (where flying is involved). Flights required will be booked from your most local airport, and for more local events, you may travel by sleeper coach - you would need to get to the pick up destination (location depends on the event location) for these journeys.
All travel and accomodation will be arranged for you.
