Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity to hire for our Recruitment Consultancy at TLP Ilford, focusing on HGV, LGV drivers and warehouse staff. This is an ideal role for someone who has sales experience, looking for fast career progression. No previous recruitment experience is required, and full training will be provided.
The Consultant will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.
TLP is an established Recruitment Agency in Ilford that supports organisations within the transport and warehouse sector with temporary and permanent staffing solutions across Essex and London.
The successful candidate will work to their own initiative and organise resources to deliver an effective service delivery including:
- Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals
- Develop and manage client / candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Operate in line with the industry code of ethics and relevant legislation
- Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams
The successful Candidate will have:
- Be an excellent communicator both verbal and written and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Driven to succeed, ambitious and motivated
- Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills
- Appropriate verbal and written communication skills
